All returns must have a RETURN FORM attached to it. It is available to print HERE

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (i.e. with packaged box/bag, all tags, garment bag).

Items that cannot be returned:
- Bottoms are not returnable due to hygienic reasons.
- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items are not returnable (including makeup or deodorant stains, so please be mindful when trying on items).
- All items marked "sale" are final and cannot be returned/exchanged.
- Gift cards
- Boxed sets and accessories (i.e. eye mask, coverette™, travel set)
- Embroidered items


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

We do not reimburse for return/exchange shipping. You will be responsible for your return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account again as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then, contact your credit card company / bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gift cards are non-refundable. Customers who have received and used a gift card are not eligible for refunds, exchange only. Gift cards do not have an expiration date.
